    Action Machine Inc is a full service CNC machine shop located in South Bend, Indiana.  We have been providing machining solutions to the industrial and manufacturing fields for over 42 years. Our CNC machine shop is organized as a job shop, taking care of large and small jobs of all types.  We handle everything from production work to emergency repair work. Reverse engineering a broken equipment part or modifying a machine that is not efficient requires experienced machinists.  Our years of experience working on diverse projects allow us to provide innovative ideas to solve our customer’s most challenging machining or production problems.

These specialties allow us to do any turning, milling, contouring, drilling, tapping, threading, grinding, and honing work. We also offer heat treating, plating, and special component coatings through our certified and audited vendors.

Our management team is careful to ask the right questions so that a job can be done right the first time and can be completed on budget. We are not happy with any other outcome.
